US President Donald Trump has sought again to discredit Michael Cohen on Thursday, after his former long-time lawyer's bombshell congressional testimony in which he called Trump a racist and a conman.
Trump, following meetings with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, called Cohen a liar. And the Trump allies are now asking the U.S. Justice Department to investigate Cohen for possible perjury.
According to NBC News, Cohen will be questioned about his time as Trump's longtime aide, as well as the hush-money payments made to women who claimed that they had affairs with Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.
But Cohen said the president was careful not to directly tell him to do so. Cohen has admitted lying about the project, which he says Trump knew about as Cohen was negotiating with Russian Federation during the campaign.
Although he didn't testify Trump told him to lie to Congress, Trump said he knew what Trump wanted when the president told him he had no business with Russian Federation.
"T$3 here is no amount of money in the world that would make me work for a man who I thought-or even suspected-harbored bigoted ideologies", she said in her post, praising Trump for raising "five of the most unbiased and open-minded children I've ever known".

Committee chairman Elijah Cummings, a Democrat, said his panel would further investigate issues raised by Cohen's testimony and may try to get the president's son, Donald Trump Jr., and his former accountant, Allen Weisselberg, to testify.
In a letter to Attorney General William Barr, Rep. Jim Jordan of OH, the ranking Republican on the oversight committee, and Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., also a panel member, list six complaints about Cohen's testimony that they think might rise to the level of perjury or false statements to Congress.
Cohen is set to begin a three-year prison sentence on Monday, May 6 - though it could be extended if the Committee determines that Cohen is not entirely truthful during Wednesday's hearing.
Cohen testified Mr Trump asked him to pay off porn star Stormy Daniels, who alleges she had had an affair with Mr Trump, and to lie to Melania Trump about it.
"Trump is a cheat", Cohen testified.
He said Trump's lawyers were aware of his false statement and added that the president had publically lied about the project. Stone that, within a couple of days, there would be a massive dump of emails that would damage Hillary Clinton's campaign.
Trump’s Dinner With The Dictator Scheduled Opposite Fixer's Public Testimony
But experts are concerned he could make more concessions without the guarantee that North Korea will give up anything. This summit may test Mr Kim's willingness to break from the past. "It can be your miracle in North Korea as well".
Cohen named Trump Organisation CFO Alan Weisselberg as being privy to many of these transactions. He said Trump once confided to him that, despite his public explanation of a medical deferment from the Vietnam War because of bone spurs, he never had any intention of fighting there.
Stone, even though he is under a gag order, texted reporters Wednesday: "Mr. Cohen's statement is not true".
Cohen displayed a copy of a $35,000 check written to him on Trump's account, signed by Trump and dated August 1, 2017, while Trump was president. When Democrat Elijah Cummings did not, they simply called Cohen a liar and worked to derail the proceedings by entering tweets into the record, including a tweet by Fox personality Bo Deitl, starting a ruckus over whether or not Trump is a racist, and, astonishingly, displaying a poster with Cohen's face that read: Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire.Only Republican member Justin Amash, a representative from MI, treated the event with gravity. He said that before his testimony, his prepared comments were shared among lawyers who were part of a joint defense agreement, including Sekulow.
He recounted that Trump made him threaten schools he attended to not release his grades and SAT scores and denigrated blacks as "too stupid" to vote for him.
"Lying to the First Lady is one of my biggest regrets", Cohen said.
"The campaign - for him - was always a marketing opportunity", Cohen said. "She is a kind, good person".

But "in the middle of the call, they took his phone away", Zamora said. Following the interview Ramos said all his equipment was confiscated.
Other Republicans went off on Cohen, including Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., a top Trump ally who pointed his glasses at Cohen and at times shouted. He said, no collusion with the Russian hoax.
