"We never asked R. Kelly for money", Clary's parents said in a statement released Wednesday through by their lawyer, Michael Avenatti.

Also in the special will be King's interview with two women now living with Kelly, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage, portions of which are scheduled to air Thursday morning on CBS News' morning show, which King co-hosts. During his interview on "CBS This Morning", he became quite emotional when talking about his children.

Kelly, one of the best-selling music artists of all time, told Gayle King of "CBS This Morning" that he never sexually abused women or controlled their lives.

"If you can't see that you're ignorant and you're stupid", she said. While he denied the claims, he also blamed the parents of his alleged victims for "selling" their daughters to him.

"They feel that Robert has been maligned, that their own parents are lying.that interview is very eye-opening", King said.

Kelly, who was in the room during the women's interview, pleaded not guilty last month to charges that he sexually assaulted three teenage girls and a fourth woman.

However, Jordyn wants to make one thing clear: "I know I am not the reason that Tristan and Khloe are not together". The Cleveland Cavaliers player had met up with Karizma while in NY for a game against the Brooklyn Nets .

But even Gayle King admitted her own mothering instincts nearly overrode her journalistic principles on Thursday when she felt the impulse to rescue Kelly's "girlfriends".

The interview, which was recorded earlier this week, marked the first time Kelly has spoken publicly since his arrest last month in the sexual abuse case.

"When I saw her on stage, nothing about her told me she sings", he said.

The attorneys for both families say they have never asked for or received any money from Kelly. "At no point was money given to the Savage family, discussed with the Savage family, requested by the Savage family or offered to the Savage family".

Breaking down into tears, Clary continued: "I'm crying, because you guys don't know the truth!" The singer said he believes social media is to blame for fueling the allegations against him.

Johnson said Kelly was prepared to pay a portion of the money owed, but didn't have the full amount because he hasn't been able to work.

R. Kelly broke his silence about the allegations of sexual abuse he faces in a heated interview with CBS journalist Gayle King.

The two women also refuted their parents' claims they were aspiring singers.

"I'm trying to have a relationship with my kids and I can't do it" because of the sexual abuse allegations, he shouted.

Kelly acknowledged in the interview that he had done "lots of things wrong" when it comes to women, but he said he had apologized.

Kelly has denied the charges, and his attorney, Steve Greenberg, has said his client is innocent. There is no age range listed for one of the alleged victims.
