McGregor was booked in a Miami-Dade County jail on Monday evening, The Herald reports.

It all stems from someone trying to take a photo of McGregor outside of the Fontainebleau Hotel. "The defendant slapped the victim's phone out of his hand, causing it to fall to the floor", a police report said.
