We haven't put the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition through its paces yet, and can't vouch for how much better it performs against the regular flagship.
We have known that OnePlus has been working on a special McLaren edition of the OnePlus 6T since the end of last month, and now the handset is officially official.
Keeping in line with its tradition of special edition phones, OnePlus has made some subtle design changes in the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition. This exact material goes in the MCL33 2018. There's a booklet that highlights McLaren's origins and achievements on the Grand Prix circuit, and you also get a carbon fiber case with the McLaren logo at the bottom.

The CEO commended the fact that the OnePlus 6T is still being widely accepted by fans and sales are growing. The Indian venue of launch is at Richardson and Cruddas, Byculla, Mumbai. The McLaren Edition has 10GB of RAM - which you can't get elsewhere - paired with 256GB of storage.
Brexit vote week: What are the key events to come?
A day before the vote in the House of Commons, Ireland's Simon Coveney said the tentative Brexit deal "is not going to change". The pro-Brexit Daily Telegraph quoted a senior Conservative MP as saying she might be forced to resign.
The device will be available in Western Europe and North America on December 13, with availability in India, China and the Nordics soon after. Packing a rather excessive-seeming 10GB of RAM, the latest addition to the OnePlus stable rocks not only a headline-grabbing amount of memory (which is probably the point), but also the incredibly fast Warp Charge 30 charging system... and a $699 price tag. The phone comes with a massive 10 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. Apart from these new upgrades, the smartphone remains identical to the regular 256GB variant of OnePlus 6T. The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition also comes with support for "Warp Charge 30" technology. With the McLaren Edition, this branding has evolved to Warp Charge. The back contains a label with the serial numbers and other licensing info from Qualcomm and McLaren. OnePlus markets this feature as one where the user can experience a day's power in just 20 minutes.
This technology has been at the heart of all McLaren cars since 1981 when it was introduced to the Formula 1 auto design, before being integrated into McLaren road cars in 1993.
This form of charging is delivered by both the charging brick and cable included in a OnePlus original package as standard.
