It looks like Facebook and Instagram are now down for some.

Social media platform Facebook and its subsidiary services suffered a major outage across global regions for the second time this month.

Users of Facebook are reporting serious widespread outages across the globe early Tuesday morning.

The website Down Detector showed significant issues for both sites.
