Coptic Christians in Egypt have buried the victims of an attack on buses carrying visitors to a monastery in a northeastern province.
It's unclear who carried out the attack, with no group claiming responsibility.
At least seven people were killed and more than a dozen wounded in an attack on a bus transporting Coptic Christians to a monastery in Minya, Egypt, a local archbishop told Reuters.
The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for that attack.
The Church allied itself with President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi when, as defence minister, he led the 2013 military overthrow of Islamist president Mohammed Morsi.

In May 2017, 29 people were killed in a similar attack in Minya. "This attack will not weaken the will of our nation in continuing its battle to prevail and build", the president, who called Pope Tawadros II to express his condolences, added.
Coptic Orthodox Church spokesman Boulos Halim said the death toll was likely to rise.
Coptic Christians are a religious minority in Egypt, making up about 10 percent of the country's population.

Egypt's state-run newspaper Al-Ahram on Friday quoted an unnamed security official from the Minya governorate who said the main road to the monastery had been closed to vehicles since last year's attack and that the bus attacked today had used an alternative route to reach the monastery.
The group - a mix of visitors and workers heading to the Saint Samuel monastery south of Cairo - refuse and are shot one by one.
"This latest attack shows that the anti-ISIS (IS) campaign has not yet succeeded in Egypt, despite obvious efforts by the authorities to tackle it in different parts of the country", said H. A. Hellyer, senior non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council and the Royal United Services Institute in London.
In December 2017 an IS militant killed nine people in an attack on a church in a south Cairo suburb.
The attacks led to tighter security around Christian places of worship and Church-linked facilities, where metal detectors and armed police are routinely deployed.
