The classification means Cosby must undergo lifetime counseling and report quarterly to authorities. His requests will be reviewed by a special committee and can be rejected up to a maximum sentence of 10 years behind bars.

The length of Cosby's sentence will be determined by the Philadelphia Department of Corrections.
