After a nightmarish 2017/18 season at Chelsea, veteran centre-back David Luiz is ready to turn the corner with the Blues under new boss Maurizio Sarri and the Brazilian has stated that he's loving the Italian tactician's philosophy. When asked how he feels physically now, the Brazilian smiled and replied: "I had a lot of time to take care of me, so now I'm 100 percent".
The 31-year-old, however, insisted that he will not be forced out of Stamford Bridge.
"I came back to Chelsea to stay here", Luiz said.
"Last season I arrived in January, halfway through the season, and it takes a little bit longer to adapt when you come in at that point", he said.

New boss Maurizio Sarri is determined to keep the Belgian and could offer him the Stamford Bridge captaincy. However, the La Liga champions opted to recruit the player's compatriot, Malcom as an attacking signing.
