Brewers All-Star outed for racist and homophobic tweets

That was just one of many problematic tweets that were exposed Tuesday night after Hader allowed a three-run homer in the MLB All-Star Game.

That's because a series of homophobic and racist tweets were found on Hader's Twitter feed from 2011-12 and came to light during the game.

In what has become a disturbing and frequent trend, someone dug up racist and homophobic adolescent tweets from Hader, and published them during the biggest moment of his career.

Sure, you could say that the lesson here is to delete all your bad tweets when you're a public figure, but how about just not being a hateful person?

Lorenzo Cain, Hader's teammate with the Milwaukee Brewers, spoke with the pitcher about the controversy.

"When you're 17 years old you make stupid decisions and stupid mistakes", Hader said.
