Greitens spokesman Parker Briden said Friday that a "draft version" of the executive order "was accidentally uploaded to the new website".

The records also include a version of the executive order printed from Greitens' official website by a secretary of state's employee on January 10 or January 11 that contains numerous wording differences from the original and bears a "Jay Ashcroft" signature that appears similar to the one from the autopen machine.

When users of Greitens' website click on a link for his executive orders, it now redirects them to the official versions posted on the secretary of state's website.

Greitens has denied blackmailing the woman and has called the investigation a "political witch hunt". In one case, he is charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly taking a photo of his mistress without her consent during their affair.

Greitens, a married father with two children, admitted in January to having an affair before he ran for governor.

Attorneys for Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens are renewing a request to have a judge, not a jury, decide the felony invasion of privacy case against the embattled Republican governor.

Burlison did say he would consider a request to allow audio recording and still photography.

"Gov. Greitens was hopeful that a fair and impartial jury could be impaneled", the motion states.

The Greitens' team says "negative publicity" is making it impossible for him to be treated fairly.

The trial is scheduled to begin May 14.

The petition to hold a special session was signed by 138 members of the state House and 29 in the Senate, well over 80 percent of both chambers, said Republican State Sen.

"I take my job very seriously".

"We'll come back as a body and most likely we'll vote to impeach this governor", Lavender said. State Senator Maria Chapelle-Nadal, D-University City, said she did not sign because of her concerns about Lt. Gov. Mike Parson, who would become the state's chief executive if Greitens is removed from office.
