Legislature to convene in special Greitens' impeachment session

Harter was a loadmaster with the Missouri Air National Guard, family members said on Sunday. "He only had one semester left until he graduated with an engineering technology degree".

He was returning from Kansas City in his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado truck, where he had picked up a new lawnmower for his business. Drivers said they watched two guys asserting outside their motor vehicles to the street, with all the suspect's automobile parked at the front of Harter's truck.

It was at that point when the other driver repeatedly stabbed Harter before getting into his vehicle and driving away.
