With all those assets, and the Browns being desperate to bring in National Football League ready talent, Dan Beyer thinks Cleveland will end up trading with the Giants to take control of the first two picks of the draft. Now, it is only a few days away.
Will it be Allen's name that is called when the Jets submit their selection with the No. 3 overall pick? According to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com, general manager John Dorsey may have subtly hinted at the former Wyoming product being the choice that the team is eyeing after his comments concerning hand size.
"So I think some of the structure is the same, but I think everyone is inherently different in how they see things and how they envision the team - both now and in the future. We all know the elements in Cleveland are going to play a role".
The Cleveland Browns own the #1 & the #4 pick in this year's draft, along with many many more picks later on, but the hype obviously surrounds the first rounders. The Bills and Patriots reportedly are trying to move up into the top five to take a quarterback and could go after the Browns fourth pick. The Colts will be in a position to have good options to choose from with their pick if two or more quarterbacks are taken before them. First-year GM Brandon Beane made deft trades in adding draft picks and beginning to clear team's books of high-priced salaries, including DT Marcell Dareus. However, Saints were unable to sign big-name DE or DT, so those areas could become draft priorities, particularly in light of coach Sean Payton's recent comments that improving pass rush is "a must". Pick 6 or 7 would seem to be the floor.

These picks could be reversed around but we think that Raiders will take Smith, a seriously talented prospect.
This year, the Browns hold the Nos.
However, if the Giants are in love with a quarterback, which one is it?
OPCW inspectors to be allowed in to Douma
It was not known who carried out the attack, with Pentagon spokesman Heather Babb saying: "There are no USA or coalition operations in that area".
Described as the best offensive line prospect in years, Nelson is apparently the closest thing to a sure thing in this draft. By making this trade, the Giants can still get a player they want while picking up a second-round pick.
This is another interesting scenario, the Browns have all the blue chip players to choose from but it is looking like they will go for Barkley instead of Bradley Chubb. They have two first round picks this year (No. 12, No. 22) to go along with two second and two third round picks.
The obvious benefit is that it would double the team's odds of landing a franchise quarterback, a position that has been the realm of failed draft picks, washed-up veterans and journeymen placeholders since Bernie Kosar hung up his cleats.
