The case heads to the grand jury in June, WVNS reports. The judge ruled the woman needed further evaluation.

According to a criminal complaint, Mills had been in the woods, was covered in blood and had a pocket knife in her trousers when she arrived at another residence. A court-ordered psychological analysis is scheduled for Wednesday to find out if Mills can stand trial, in line with the West Virginia MetroNews.

Meanwhile, the authorities received another call from the same neighborhood from someone who discovered a decapitated body.

A glove matching the one Mills was wearing when she was arrested was also found in the residence, police said. Police said that she could not name her alleged attacker and that she became irate before she was apprehended. The gag order, however, was lifted Monday.
