Hamas says PA was responsible for attempted assassination on own PM

Israeli soldiers on Sunday martyred three Palestinians on claims that they crossed or were attempting to cross the southern Gaza border on Sunday.

The IDF Spokesperson's Office said that "this is another terror activity through which the terrorist organization Hamas seeks to infiltrate Israel and harm its citizens". The second infiltrator was taken away for questioning.

Leading worldwide legal experts says Israel is following agreements set in the 1995 Olso II accords that envisage the dangers inherent in attempts to approach the border.
