More than 60 firefighters were tackling a blaze in the upper floors of a hotel tower block near Dublin airport last night, forcing a full evacuation.
Eight fire engines from Dublin Fire Brigade are now tackling the flames at the Metro Hotel in Ballymun.
The building was evacuated and no injuries were reported at the time of writing.
It is understood the building has hotel rooms and private rental apartments. "Fire services are now dealing with a building on fire, Gardaí are at scene".
