'Westworld' Season 2 Gets Eerie Trailer, Premiere Date During Super Bowl

HBO buy first Super Bowl ad in 20 years... to debut exclusive season 2 teaser of Westworld

It's been far too long since we had Westworld in our lives-the first season finale aired way back in December 2016.

Following a televised version aired during the Super Bowl, HBO released a much more extensive trailer for Westworld season two online, one that's three times the length of what viewers witnessed during the big game.

Despite its acclaim, "Westworld" has received criticism for its dark themes and mature content, according to the Deseret News.

Four people have been injured in a drive by shooting in Italy
Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni said Italy would come down heavily on anyone promoting violence. The alleged gunman made a fascist salute before he was bundled to the ground by armed police.

The second season of Westworld lands April 22 internationally, and it's shaping up to be a bloody, bruised battle on all sides.

Anyone who watched Westworld Season 1 knows how exciting that is to hear. But the end result was a meticulously crafted, very entertaining, often disturbing sci-fi drama, featuring a phenomenal cast giving some great performances. Co-stars Jeffrey Wright, James Marsden, Ed Harris, and Jimmi Simpson will all be returning as well.

Westworld season 1 was a wild adventure - both literally and figuratively - and season 2 is looking to take the series to a whole new level that includes a variety of additional storylines, most of which stem from the first season's tantalizing cliffhanger. It's not clear whether the new season will adopt that same non-linear storytelling approach, but given the way the first season wrapped up, series creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy will have plenty of new areas to explore, regardless. "This park contains multitudes", said Nolan. The nature of that plan is something we explore in the second season - what his intentions are. We also see a more accurate depiction of Season 2 Maeve.

Nunes Memo: Comey, Rosenstein Amongst Officers Who Licensed Warrants
That's a departure from Trump, who was asked Friday whether he has confidence in Rosenstein. Rosenstein was joined in the meeting at the White House by FBI Director Christopher A.

The teaser begins with an "unknown user" who starts to plead to whoever's viewing the messages. "Television; based on the film written by Michael Crichton".

But there are a few moments that probably give us a hint of what to expect in Season 2. Season 2, which will continue the previous season's 10-episode trend, is set to premiere April 22 on HBO.
