Page, who advised the Trump campaign on foreign policy, became the subject of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant that the Federal Bureau of Investigation sought due to claims made in the Steele dossier which said a Russian official offered Page billions of dollars to pressure the Trump administration to lift sanctions against Russia.

A former Trump campaign adviser at the center of the discredited dossier said everything he has seen so far is ridiculous. Court documents show Page describing the Yahoo News article as "a highly misleading article filled with false allegations".

The Steele dossier claims that Page, during a trip to Moscow in July 2016, held secret meetings with a senior Kremlin official and a senior Putin ally that included conversations about helping Trump and hurting Hillary Clinton in the presidential campaign.

But that seems at odds with what Page told a reporter during a question-and-answer session after a speech he gave in Moscow in December 2016. Podobny, in a transcript of a phone conversation to another Russian agent filed in court in 2015, talks about using "empty promises" to recruit an "idiot".

Drinking hot tea could give you cancer
The researchers found that people who regularly drank hot tea, smoked and drank alcohol had the highest esophageal cancer risk . Esophageal cancer is increasing in prevalence and has poor survival rates, particularly in less-developed regions and for men.

Podobnyy, who had diplomatic immunity, fled the country.

The New York Times, meanwhile has requested that the government turn over underlying documents that could show exactly what the warrant was based on. But he continued, "I've certainly been in a number of meetings with him and I've learned a tremendous amount from him". Stephanopoulos confronted Page with his own claim to have served as an adviser to the Russian government. In addition to his work as an energy consultant, Page has studied and written on Russian affairs, and had submitted a book for publication by the academic press.

The letter to the manuscript reviewer is not the first example of Page touting his relationship with Russian Federation.

It is looking more and more like Strzok's gut was right. I don't think I ever met him.

BJP takes exception to TDP criticism
On 23 January, Thackeray had declared that the Sena, another NDA constituent, would fight the next round of elections alone. The Telugu Desam Party-BJP coalition is letting the party leaders' mind rambling in varied directions.

The editor thinks Page was ultimately harmless in terms of national security threats.

"I never spoke with him since".

"I was a witness to a case they were doing".

Gidley added that, "While President Trump has the utmost respect and support for the rank-and-file members of the F.B.I., the anti-Trump bias at the top levels that appear to have existed is troubling".
