Raiders are giving Jon Gruden a 10-year contract

Gruden is said to have agreed to a 10-year deal worth more than $100 million with the team he coached from 1998-2001.

The last time Gruden coached the Raiders was January 19, 2002 against the New England Patriots. He was sacked by the Buccaneers following the 2008 season and has been in the broadcast booth since.

Current Los Angeles Rams quarterback coach Greg Olson will be Oakland's offensive coordinator, while former Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther will serve in the same capacity under Gruden.

Gruden told ESPN earlier this week that he had a good talk with Davis about returning to the organization and believed there was a "good chance" it would happen.

Gruden famously won Super Bowl XXXVII with the Tampa Bay Bucs back in 2003. when he beat the Raiders.
