As Weinstein was leaving the restaurant, Steve followed the disgraced Hollywood producer and lunged for him - slapping him twice while his friend filmed the altercation.

According to TMZ, the man who slapped Weinstein, "Steve", said he had asked Weinstein for a picture earlier in the night, but said Weinstein became "belligerent". Both sat back down, and Steve admitted to TMZ that he then had "quite a bit to drink" and chose to have his friend film him as he approached Weinstein again. Weinstein and Steve shock hands, said the manager, and both resumed dining. However, the entire incident was captured on video that TMZ obtained.

Steve slapped Weinstein twice with the back of his hand, two slight tapping sounds audible.

TMZ released video of the incident an hour after its initial report.

It seems that one man has had enough of Harvey Weinstein.

The restaurant owner downplayed the incident and said Steve never made contact with Weinstein.

Weinstein, who was wearing a stained grey t-shirt and dark beanie at luxury Arizona restaurant Elements, stumbled before walking away.

Weinstein's alleged sexual misconduct is the subject of active criminal investigations in several cities, including New York, Los Angeles, and London.
