He claimed that he had done nothing to his co-passenger, but that his wife had told him that Celia was sleeping on his knees. Stephen Schuler, a spokesman for Spirit, said it was cooperating with law enforcement on the incident.

If you have an HP laptop, you'll want to see if you're impacted by a new voluntary recall.

The company will send those impacted by the fault a free battery replacement, as well as help organise an appointment to actually get it replaced. The batteries were shipped in the computers and workstations sold from December 2015 through December 2017 for approximately $300-$400. HP is also providing a BIOS update that places the battery in "Battery Safety Mode" so that the notebook or workstation can be safely used without the battery by connecting to an HP power adapter.

The laptops affected all have non-removable batteries, of course, and include models from the ProBook, ZBook, x360, Pavilion and Envy ranges. They were sold separately as replacement batteries. You can download a tool to verify if your battery is susceptible to the issue here.
