Arsene Wenger has claimed "nothing is happening" surrounding Arsenal's potential move for Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Aubameyang has been left out of Dortmund's last two match-day squads after having his head turned by interest from Arsenal and the striker is reportedly desperate to seal a move to north London.

"Auba must now make it clear to the coach if he is ready or not to give it all for Dortmund".

Talk of a deal for Aubameyang has intensified around the same time that Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez's proposed move to join Manchester United appears to be entering its final phases.

Roy Halladay autopsy reveals morphine, amphetamine in system at time of death
It's nearly unreal to think Roy Halladay has been gone for over two months now due to a tragic plane crash that claimed his life. He also tossed the second postseason no-hitter in Major League Baseball history in October 2010 against the Cincinnati Reds.

Aubameyang has emerged as an apparent target for the Gunners in recent days as Arsene Wenger ponders bolstering his attacking options at The Emirates.

Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke said: "I can confirm that there has been a first request from Arsenal for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang".

The Bundesliga club are understood to view the France worldwide as a temporary replacement for forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is expected to move to the Emirates in the January transfer window.

"At some point you can't tolerate it any more", the club's sporting director Michael Zorc said this week.

Meanwhile, another German outlet, football magazine Kicker, reported that Arsenal had made a bid of around €50m mark, which they also say has been turned down by Dortmund.

"There is a way back into the team, even if it needs some professionalism now and for someone to admit that a mistake was made in some situations".

Aubameyang spotted the tweet and responded, saying: "Bla bla bla next step is the jail you don't know nothing so take care of you! not me".

Aubameyang finished as the Bundesliga's top scorer last season with 31 goals and has scored 13 in 15 games so far this season.
