Instagram Stories Get Poll Stickers



The app's latest update brings Instagram Stories even further away from the Snapchat mold by introducing polls, a new feature that allows you to ask a question and receive responses from your friends and followers. If you create a poll, you'll be able to see how many votes each option received, along with the choice each voter made. Additionally, Instagram announced a new alignment tool to help you place stickers. Instagram is following suit with its own polling feature within Stories. Simply drag and drop it in the story and the app will present options to customize the question and choices.

The temporal nature of Instagram Stories (they're only viewable for 24 hours) makes pairing them with polls a smart idea. This app adds sparkles to your Instagrams. A great addition to Instagram Stories or just another tactic to get us users addicted to social media? A new "color picker", which makes it easier to draw with specific colors, and an alignment tool that makes it easier to see how stickers and text are positioned. Use it to select any color from your photo or video and apply it to your text or drawing tool. The updates rolled out Tuesday to all users running version 16.0 or higher of Instagram. First, there is a new color picker for text and brushes.
