Foreign Minister also stated that they could test the hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean in response to President Trump's threat of "destroying North Korea completely". "Regarding which measures to take, I don't really know since it is what Kim Jong Un does", CNN reported Ho as saying.

Defense Secretary James Mattis has warned against military action on North Korea, and on Friday, almost 300 female leaders from 45 countries called on the United Nations secretary-general to appoint a special envoy to de-escalate the brewing tension.

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump called Kim a "bad dude" and said he "would get China to make that guy disappear in one form or another very quickly".

Kim ended his statement with this fiery warning: "I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged USA dotard with fire".

Following Trump's United Nations speech, China's English-language edition of the state-run People's Daily in an editorial called the president's remarks "political chest-thumping [that] is unhelpful".

Kingsman Director Matthew Vaughn Wanted Elton John in the First Film
The new menu item, the Poppy Burger, was named after Moore's character and the questionable burger she prepared in the film. "I had a six-minute shorter cut of the film and suddenly it felt like a three-hour movie", said Vaughn.

CNN notes that Kim's remarks, which were delivered in response to Trump's United Nations address, were made in Korean and "dotard" was used in the Korean Central News Agency's English translation.

Hours later, North Korea's foreign minister threatened to drop a hydrogen bomb somewhere in the Pacific.

"Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who is obviously a madman who doesn't mind starving or killing his people, will be tested like never before!" trump said in a tweet.

But it was Kim's use of the word "dotard" that sent the Twitterverse to dictionary websites.

That didn't sit well with Kim Jong Un.

China rejects threats as solution for North Korea nuclear crisis
Pyongyang says it needs nuclear weapons to protect itself from United States forces. It was the country's longest-ever test flight of a ballistic missile.

The new sanctions allow the U.S. Treasury Department to freeze assets of anyone who does of business with North Korea.

"I assume the North Koreans can reach mainland U.S. with an ICBM with an entry vehicle that has a nuclear bomb in it - they can now nuke the United States", Hunter, a member of the House Armed Services Committee, told KUSI television. Kim went on the North's state-controlled media outlet to speak out against Trump, calling him, among other things, "a rogue", "a gangster", "mentally deranged", and a "dotard".

In his speech, the American President warns the hermit kingdom that if the US's "great strength and patience" run out, it could "totally destroy North Korea". "A frightened dog barks louder".

"To prevent sanctions evasion, the order also includes measures created to disrupt critical North Korean shipping and trade networks", he said.
