Three months after trading Jimmy Butler and waiving Rajon Rondo, the Bulls reached agreement on a buyout with Dwyane Wade on Sunday night, the eve of training camp. The Thunder, who acquired Carmelo Anthony in a blockbuster trade over the weekend, would only be able to offer the minimum salary. Chicago will now tank and has ridded its roster of most every veteran as the Bulls look to swipe the top pick in the draft to begin the rebuilding process.

The Chicago Tribune first reported the two sides had agreed to a buyout.

With the Chicago Bulls committed to being one of the worst teams in the National Basketball Association this season and Dwyane Wade set to turn 36 in January during his 15th year in the league, it never made sense for him to spend a second season in the Windy City.

Kim fires off insults at Trump, hints new test
Trump has unleashed many strong statements on North Korea including his August warning the North will be met with "fire and fury". Tillerson won't say what the USA response would be if Kim's government tested a hydrogen bomb in the Pacific Ocean.

Wade won't be demanding a lot in terms of a contract, as the four teams mentioned above don't have a lot of money to splash on him. They'll eventually find out a team with Wade off the court gives them their best shot at a win. Though Wade remained a force with the Bulls, the superstart wants to get another championship before he retires.

This came after the anticipated buyout of Dwyane Wade. Oklahoma City Thunder? San Antonio Spurs? Once Wade clears waivers, he can listen to offers and decide which team is a good fit for him.

"My voice, for me personally, is more important than my knee", the Cavaliers superstar said Monday at the team's annual media day.

Trump hits back at 'madman' Kim with new economic sanctions
North Korea's recent missile launches over Japan especially drew stern rebukes from Tokyo and the global community. All six of North Korea's nuclear tests thus far, dating to 2006, have been conducted in underground tunnels.

The obvious connection, and something that has been discussed all offseason is the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The reason it seems unlikely to happen, though, are the draws of playing with either Paul or James in similarly needy situations with Houston or Cleveland. As Haberstroh explored during the 2013 NBA Finals, James and the Heat were often more effective with Wade on the bench.

James posted on Instagram after working out with Wade: "To say we had a great week of work would be an understatement".

Officials say residents in the surrounding area should shelter in their home at this time, CBS Affiliate WFSB-TV reported. Sheriff's investigators say the officer ordered the man to drop the object and fired when he refused.
