Four other Moroccan men have also been detained in relation to the attack, however the police have yet to pin down their alleged role in the incident.

According to court documents released Monday, regional police have requested the detention of Mechkah, a Moroccan asylum-seeker, on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, and terrorism crimes. The suspect temporarily lived in Germany before heading to Finland, where he was denied asylum.
