"There are a lot of great people working at Fox, many of whom I admire and respect to this day, but there is also a culture of sexual harassment that has not fully been addressed", said Heldman.
"Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made", attorney Michael J. Bowe stated. Former Fox News guest Caroline Heldman, now an associate professor at Occidental College, claimed that Bolling had repeatedly made sexual advances on her.
On Saturday afternoon Fox News announced that it had suspended Bolling, less than 24 hours after HuffPost published a story saying more than a dozen sources confirmed that Bolling had sent female colleagues some lewd messages, including an "unsolicited" photo of male genitalia. Another high-profile Fox News employee, Charles Payne of Fox Business Network, was suspended in July following harassment claims. "Bolling referred to me as "Dr. McHottie" on air on four different occasions, and called me "smart, beautiful, and wrong" on air twice", Heldman wrote in her Facebook post.
In the post-Roger Ailes era, Fox News' parent company, 21st Century Fox, has tried to show that it is taking problems inside the network seriously.

It already owns a 16.5 percent stake in Subaru Corp, Japan´s No.6 automaker, with which it also has a development partnership. On Friday, the Japanese firm said it now plans to produce Tacoma pickup trucks at the plant in Mexico instead of the Corolla.
Fox News has suspended Eric Bolling "pending the results of an investigation, which is now underway", a Fox spokesperson told TheWrap. Rotating substitute hosts will be in place on "The Specialists" (weekdays/5 p.m.) and "Cashin In" (Saturdays at 11:30 a, m).
On the talk show Bolling sits in the center, with co-hosts Eboni Williams and Kat Timpf on either side of him, plus two guests.
Lisa Boothe will fill in for Bolling on Monday.
Bolling, who now co-hosts "The Fox News Specialists", was pulled off his former show, "The Five", earlier this year when it moved to primetime because network executives wanted a familiar face in the 5 p.m. ET time slot.

You have seven or eight teams who will say, "we can win it, the Premier League", so that makes it very interesting. The clubs do not want to pay this for normal players.
He has not yet returned to work, since the investigation is ongoing.
Remarkably, Bolling is not the only Fox host that is sitting on the proverbial bench right now. Suzanne Scott, president of programming for Fox News, said then: "Eric has cultivated a strong fan base and has become a staple to the Fox News brand". O'Reilly consistently denied the allegations, but was eventually fired from the network.
