Report: Red pickup truck recovered in Chester County road rage killing

"Bright, she loved children ... very smart and made the honor roll", Roberson said of his daughter.

A road rage incident turned deadly after a man in a red pickup truck allegedly pulled out a gun and shot 18-year-old Bianca Roberson in the head. "Someone didn't want her to merge into a lane of traffic", District Attorney Tom Hogan told the media of the fatal run-in. Hogan said that Desper had a permit for the gun, which was legally purchased in 2015. The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday where Route 100 and Route 202 merge in West Goshen Twp., Chester County.

She was pronounced dead at the scene but the officers who responded to the crash determined that the teen had been shot in the head.

Earlier in the day, Roberson was school shopping with her mom and grandmother.

Bianca planned to study psychology, and we looked forward to warmly greeting her as a member not only of the Class of 2021, but of the entire close-knit JU family. An older brother passed away several years ago from a heart condition. "I hope it's not Bianca". "Not one bit", added Aunt Mari Hatton-Hayes.

West Goshen police said they have received tips from every corner of the country. On the other hand, Desper, who was driving his red pickup truck, quickly fled the scene. "She's so young. And to go through something like that by herself".

Saturday night, a vigil was held in her memory. Joel Sprick of Levante Brewing Company of West Goshen Township said, "We wanted to give back to the community and show our support".
