Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested in Savannah's City Market area early Saturday (July 8) morning.

LaBeouf was charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, according to police.

LaBeouf approached a citizen and an SCMPD officer around 4:00 a.m. close to the intersection of Barnard and W. St. The allegedly drunken star refused, and even began to act aggressively toward the police officer. The cop then tried to arrest LaBeouf, but he fled the scene.

She also included a photo with Oswalt from the event, as well as a photo with his daughter Alice. Patton was left devastated when his wife of 11 years passed away suddenly just over a year ago.

This is not the first time LaBeouf has been arrested for allegedly being drunk and disorderly in public. It is unclear where in Georgia the incident occurred, but he was recently filming his new movie "The Peanut Butter Falcon" in Savannah.

His name has since showed up on the Chatham County Sheriff's Office book log.

But he managed to escape and ran away to a hotel lobby, where LaBeouf was eventually arrested.
