Gaslighting victims around the world blinked on Tuesday when The Washington Post revealed that a fake Time magazine cover with the president's face is hanging up at Trump golf courses around the world.
"Donald Trump: The "Apprentice" is a television smash!" is the big-print headline, with "TRUMP IS HITTING ON ALL FRONTS".
Upon further examination, the Post also found several other "telling mistakes" in the cover, including a skinnier red border, no white border and an issue with the placement of the secondary headlines.
Perhaps the most remarkable thing about this fake Time cover is the effort someone clearly went to in order to create it.
That said, he also put it in the context of a broader pattern of Trump embellishing his own personal achievements.

In the Washington Post report, Kerri Chyka, a spokeswoman for Time Inc., confirms in an email that "this is not a real TIME cover".

On Monday, The New York Times devoted a whole page to printing out Trump's lies. So it's best to just move on to the next part of the news which is that Time Magazine has asked him to remove the fabricated cover he displays proudly on his walls.
