While China has been angered by North Korea's nuclear and missile tests, it has signed up for increasingly tough United Nations sanctions against it, and says it is committed to enforcing them.

The hermit nation claimed that a North Korean citizen named "Kim" was bribed by the Central Intelligence Agency to carry out the assassination attempt on April 16, known as the Day of the Sun, the Telegraph reported.
